Dr. Grant Benich, DC, MS is a sports chiropractor with a background in kinesiology, strength and human performance, and sports rehabilitation. His approach blends hands-on care, movement assessment, and progressive rehab to help athletes and active adults recover from injury and return to training, sport, and everyday performance.

He founded Cacti Sports Rehab to create a practice centered on thoughtful, evidence-informed care and helping people get back to doing what they love with confidence.
